Bread Machine Dinner Rolls

These are really good dinner rolls! They are soft and buttery and yummy!
These are the ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp of bread machine yeast
  • 3 TBSP of dry  nonfat milk
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup lukewarm water
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
These are the steps:
  1. Melt butter, warm up milk and water and add the bread machine.
  2. Add sugar to butter mixture
  3. Add flour, salt and nonfat dry milk
  4. Make a hole in the flour mixture, make sure it is not touching the liquid, so not too deep. Add yeast to the hole.
  5. Set your machine to dough cycle, mine is number 8
  6. Meanwhile, grease two cake sheets with lots of softened butter.
  7. When the dough cycle is finished, take dough out and transfer it into a floured counter
  8. Cut dough into 16 pieces and roll
  9. Put them into greased sheet
  10. Let them rise for about 1 hour
  11. Bake for 22-24 minutes in a 350 degree oven
  12. Brush with butter
Make sure you do follow the machine manufacturer’s instructions for the order in which you have to put the ingredients. My machine is a Sunbeam brand.
